Hello crafty friends! As beautiful as autumn is, the days are getting shorter, the weather is getting chillier and that usually equates to a bit of depression to many people. I’m not immune to this slump either, so what better way to lift the spirits than with crafting, aka Craft Therapy!!
Today I’m sharing with you a page from my art journal which I titled “Things that make me Happy (and things that I like)”. I thought this would be a nice page to remind myself all the wonderful things that make me feel happy while doing something I love in this often dreary season. The page took me two evenings to “finish”, but as art journals go, it’s never really finished until you say it’s finished!
My Art Journal page also falls into my theme of the day for Hobby Alternatief: Puzzles.

A while back, I found a bag of these puzzle-shaped foam stickers at my local discount store Zeeman. I thought they looked adorable, so I bought them.

As you can see, I used those puzzle stickers in my art journal. The rest of the page I just used various markers, (gel) pens, and fineliners.
Anyway, there’s not much to say about this project, but I hope it inspired you to do something similar because it’s a really great way to cheer up! Heck, just looking at this page makes me happy!
Thanks for taking the time to check out this post, until next time! Create Happiness Today!
